Mawalin is a specially prepared liqueur with its 38 different ingredients including dates, Dry fruits, herbs, and spices with a unimaginable flavors and fragrance brewed and produced liqueur of the house of Sodawas, situated at a distance of 90 km’s from Jodhpur on Udaipur route. The recipe of Mawalin was given to Late Thakur Sahib Bishan Singh Ji by His Late Highness Maharaja Umaid Singh Ji Sahib of Jodhpur as Jagir (Aristocratic fiefdom).

PRODUCTION AND CONTENTS

The age old stored recipe of Sodawas Mawalin has been provided by Shri Vikramaditya Singh Sodawas, the grand son of Late Thakur Sahib Bishan Singh Ji for commercial production to Rajasthan State Ganganagar Sugar Mills Ltd. and presented now for the connoisseurs. It is made from exotic herbs, dry fruits, honey & rare spices with medicinal and curative properties and unmatched taste to tingle & delight to your taste buds.

Sodawas Mawalin can be consumed round the year. In summers it is served in a liqueur glass, on a bed of crushed ice. In winters it is served in liqueur glass to sit in half inch deep lukewarm water in a bowl. Anyone suffering form acute cold and cough can gently sip this liqueur as well as inhale its fumes. Shake once, to ensure proper mixing of proteins and carbohydrates before use.
Sodawas Mawalin is an ideal drink by itself and can be taken without soda or water.
