Rajasthan is known for its Forts, Legendary Heroes and Festivals which is unique for its grandeur in the country, where diversity of the life style can be seen. Royal families, Marwar, Mewar, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Kishangarh and many such Rajwaras of Royal families had concocted their inimitable liquors which were prepared keeping in mind the climatic conditions of the area and surroundings. Besides Royal families,
many other Jagirdar and Thikanedar were entrusted with the job of brewing their
own special liquor by the then Rulers. The special liquors were used according to
occasion, season, festivity and mood of the Royal families.
